• Unless otherwise stated, all audio on this site is copyrighted by Kelly John Sapergia and licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution, Non-Commercial, NoDerivs Agreement.
  Under the terms of this agreement, you may freely distribute these files and use them as part of a podcast or radio program, as long as they remain unmodified. You may not use this material in whole or in part in any commercial project without express permission of myself. Same goes for sampling.
• Under no circumstances are you authorized to use this material in an offensive manner, such as for slanderous purposes.

Privacy Policy

• Any contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, etc. will be treated as strictly confidential and will not, under any circumstances, be shared with a third party without your permission. I ask for this information on my contact form, or may ask for it via e-mail or any other form of communication that I feel is best.
• Any mailing lists advertised on this site are, unless otherwise stated, run on my Mailman server exclusively. Again, your details will not be shared with anyone without approval. The list server has settings to not allow people to obtain your information such as E-mail address and name. The archives can be set up in a way to allow non-members access, but I chose not to set them to work this way.
